Terms and Conditions & Delivery Policy
1. Scope of Service
This policy governs the terms under which dvlatrack.info facilitates the final, secured delivery of a produced UK Driver’s Licence following its issuance from the production unit in Swansea.
We act as a Logistics and Delivery Facilitator only. We are not the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) and are not involved in the official application, production, or issuance of the licence itself.
Our service begins only after the licence has been produced and is ready for shipment.
2. Delivery Process
Once your licence is produced, you will be notified and required to secure the delivery process.
Mandatory Insurance Fee Deposit: The applicant must deposit the £500 Refundable Insurance Fee (as detailed in Section 3) as a mandatory prerequisite for the licence to be released from the production unit for insured delivery.
Delivery will not commence until the full £500 deposit is confirmed.
Target Delivery Time: We aim to deliver all licences within 5 business days from the moment the £500 fee is successfully deposited and confirmed.
3. Applicant Responsibilities
The applicant must ensure all delivery details are accurate and must be available to receive the licence.
The applicant must comply with the mandatory £500 Insurance Fee Deposit before the licence leaves the production facility.
2. Mandatory Insurance Fee & Refund Policy
Fee Amount: £500 Payment Method: Bank Transfer Administrative Deduction (for failed delivery): £70 Refund Processing Time: 4 business days
1. The £500 Refundable Insurance Fee
Purpose: The £500 fee is a mandatory, refundable security deposit (the “Insurance Fee”). It is required to cover the costs of insuring the sensitive, official driver’s licence document during its secured transit from the Swansea production unit to your address. This deposit protects against the costs associated with the official process for re-issuance in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Payment Requirement: The Insurance Fee must be deposited in full via Bank Transfer before the licence is released for delivery.
2. Refund Mechanism
The £500 Insurance Fee is fully refundable upon the successful completion of the delivery process.
Conditions for Full Refund:
The applicant’s driver’s licence must be successfully delivered and receipt confirmed.
The applicant must confirm receipt and submit a request for the refund within 5 business days of confirmed delivery.
Refund Processing: Once confirmed, the refund will be processed back to the applicant’s originating bank account within 4 business days.
3. Retention of Fee
A portion of the fee will be retained under specific circumstances where the successful delivery is prevented due to the applicant’s actions:
Non-Delivery due to Applicant Error: If delivery fails and the licence is returned to the facility due to the applicant providing an incorrect address, consistently failing to be available, or refusing delivery, a £70 Administrative Fee will be deducted from the £500 deposit to cover logistics, administrative, and re-insurance costs. The remaining balance of £430 will be refunded.
Lost or Damaged in Transit: If the licence is lost or damaged while in transit, the fee is used to cover the costs associated with the official process for re-issuance. Once re-issuance is complete, the remaining balance of the £500 fee (if any) will be refunded.
